The Exies – A Modern Way of Living With the Truth
The Exies latest release is fully solid. From the radio friendly “Different Than You” and other standouts like “Better Now” and the slower “Stray”, this CD is like a greatest hits collection of Exies songs on one CD. This CD is not to be missed. Many other tracks are very solid, with a great pensive cover of The Talking Heads’ “Once in a Lifetime”. More hard hitting are “This is the Sound” and “These are the Days”. “My Ordinary World” is also a track worthy of attention.
This is definitely worth picking up. There are a few tracks I could do without, but the vast majority are extremely solid.
